But, we have to confess, our personal favourite has got to be White Strawberry Lemonade. The name alone is enough to make the mouth water, and the combination of SKYY Infusions Wild Strawberry Vodka, with elderflower liqueur, strawberries, and lemonade, makes this a potent concoction. Make sure you are sensible, you could drink five of these without even feeling like you’re drinking any alcohol at all!
Parasol Up Bar
Parasol Up Bar is one-half of the innovative design Wynn has gone with for their hotel and casino. The top half has the wonderful decor, along with bright lights and curtains. This really makes it a vibrant and shining show-piece in the middle of Vegas. Oh, and the drinks aren’t half bad either! There’s the cognac-based Hardy Perfection, and we definitely suggest you try Lake of Dreams as well! Some of the signature drinks you can sample while enjoying the breathtaking views include The Carousel, The Pear-A-Sol, and Lime in the Coconut. You might find cocktails here ever so slightly more expensive than in other establishments. But you’re paying for the view and experience as well as the drinks.
Tower Suite Bar
Another of the great bars at Wynn is the Tower Suite Bar, and it’s a place you simply must check out. The bar specialises in cocktails and has developed a reputation as one of the best cocktail bars in all of Vegas. The Dream lives up to its name, as a delectable amend unforgettable champagne-based cocktail. You should also make sure you check out the $16 Berry Lemonade as well. There is so much to choose from here, and the bar has a wonderful atmosphere; so you’ll be back again and again.
If you’re in Las Vegas, it’s a good bet you’re getting your gamble on, and you could probably do with some refreshments, right?! The great thing about Vegas hotels and casinos is that they have everything you could ever need, so you never need to sort foot outside. The food, as you might imagine, is perfect for food lovers, but there is also a wonderful and expansive drinks menu. There are eight signature cocktails to choose from, including Cable Car Martini, Kiss From Mexico, and the classic Manhattan. For a price range of $11-14, you can enjoy delicious and affordable cocktails in this great restaurant.
The upscale VooDoo Steakhouse is the go-to dinner joint for those visiting the Rio in Vegas. But, after dinner, you may wish to head up to the VooDoo Rooftop Nightclub. Here you will find a selection of over 40 speciality drinks to choose from. But, the Love Potion has gotten rave reviews from guests. Our personal recommendation, however, would be the Witch Doctor. This is a deliciously powerful, rum-based cocktail that is certainly not for the faint of heart. The perfect way to cap off a delicious meal and a successful day on the tables! Happy boozing!
iBar Ultra Lounge
Sometimes you want a bar as opposed to a restaurant, and that’s why you may choose to check out the iBar Ultra Lounge. It’s one of the great bars in Vegas and allows you to have a great experience. You can play games, watch TV and make drinks orders from a comfortable booth. There are a lot of drinks on offer to recommend, but, the general consensus is that you should check out the Amaro Kiss and the Nevada Rose. However, our personal favourite has got to be the wonderfully named Pineapple Upside-Down!

The Harvest is a relatively new bar opened up in the Bellagio, so why not pay a visit to see what the fuss is about?! We’d recommend The Apple Rocks as a wonderfully refreshing option for all. Wanna know what’s in this bad boy? Get ready to drool! You’ve got Michter’s Rye Whisky mixed with St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur, Vermont maple syrup, and apple cider! And, as if that’s not enough you’ll also get a large ice cube with a frozen Apple chip inside it! This fruity and delicious cocktail is the perfect start to any Vegas evening.
Sangria – Bellagio Pool Bar
There are plenty of poolside bars in Vegas, as you would expect. And, if you’re staying at The Bellagio you probably want to spend a couple hours in the pool before gambling. So, how about a classic Sangria to go with those beautiful sun rays? If you’ve ever been to Spain, you’ll no doubt have sampled Sangria, but never quite like this. See, here you’ll get to enjoy a choice of white or red wine in your sangria. But you’ll also have Hennessy VS cognac, Cointreau, and cinnamon for extra flavoring. If your mouth isn’t already watering then there’s something wrong with you.
1914 Sidecar – Lily Bar and Lounge
Okay, if you’re a high-roller with some pretty mega bucks you might decide to sample the 1914 Sidecar. What is it? Well, it uses the famed Ferrand Cognac Memoire 1914 (hence the name). This is mixed with Grand Marnier Quintessence liqueur and lemon juice. You’ll be served this unique and extraordinary beverage in a sugar rimmed Martini glass, and it will set you back around four hundred bucks! Might be best to save this one until you’ve had some success at the poker table!

Right, we’re going in big first with this shockingly expensive, but incredible cocktail. The Fizz Deluxe is a perfectly named cocktail and perfectly sums up Las Vegas. It’s sweet, tasty, and you’ll feel amazing drinking it, but your head will be sore in the morning, and your wallet will hate you. The Deluxe combines Grand Marnier Quintessence, Hennessy Cognac, and Dom Perignon Rose. It also contains samples of lemon juice, egg whites and Monin Rose syrup. For a spectacular finish, it’s presented with a gold-flakes-dusted rose petal. This magical concoction could be yours for the princely sum of $2,000!!!!!
Hemingway Daiquiri – Lobby Bar
Here’s a culturally relevant cocktail. The Hemingway Daiquiri is inspired by and named after, legendary American writer Ernest Hemingway. It’s known that the author liked to drink, and the Daiquiri was one of his favorites. This was created in Cuba to honor the great man. And here you can enjoy the drink with only the finest of ingredients. 10 Cane light run is mixed with Maraschino liqueur, freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, lime juice, and gomme syrup. Fifteen bucks and you’ll feel just like Hemingway while he was working on A Moveable Feast.

The name tells you everything. It’s mysterious, dangerous and a little bit cool as well. And the cocktail itself lures you in with this appeal. It’s the perfect concoction for those who love whiskey. It combines Sazerac Rye whiskey with Pernod absinthe, lemon juice, egg whites and sugar. This is the must-have drink of choice for you if you want to sort back, relax and enjoy the newly refurbed lobby bar at Caesar’s!
El Laberinto – Vista Cocktail Lounge
If you want breath-taking views and the perfect cocktails to match them, then Vista is the place to be. Their cocktail of choice is the El Laberinto, and just laying eyes on it, you’ll see why. It has a wonderfully Golden Amber hue like it’s the nectar of the Gods. This beautifully balanced concoction of sweet and sour flavors cascades over your palette. You’ll taste world famous Avion Silver tequila with a twinkle of orange, lime, peach and amaretto. It’s everything you hoped and dreamed it would be. And it looks amazing to boot!
